YHC decided that this morning’s beatdown would occur under the picnic pavilion of pain despite the weather. That way, we could share in each other’s pained expressions and constant talking crap (from multiple orifices, lol).

THE THANG
As stated in the title, YHC and PAX had 99 problems in front of us. The workout fell like this:

99 reps: SSH, LBC’s, Block Curls, 99 second wall sit, 9 Merkins

88 reps: rinse and repeat, but with 88 reps and 8 Merkins.

77, 66, 55, etc.

PAX made it to 44 reps before we paused for some Mary action that was people’s choice!

Jobs-led plank (for only God and Jobs knows how long)

Tweetie Bird-led burpees (we decided Tweetie Bird no longer gets to choose Mary exercises, lol)
