THE THANG
Using every other line in the parking lot, PAX are to run and complete a set of 10 reps for two exercises, 15 for the next, 20, and 25. Exercises were:
- Burpees and Lunges
- ‘Merkins and Squats
- American Hammers and
- LBC’s and Monkey Humpers
- After completing each line PAX are to return to start and complete 25 SSH’s. Once the whole set is complete, run the block and add 5 reps to each exercise. R&R.
