Chicago Style HotPAX

Northeast Tennessee

It was a beautiful 21°C morning at #arrowhead. 7 brave HIMs joined YHC for a custom beatdown, Chicago Style.
DISCLAIMER

Sumo read the mission statement, 5 core principles of F3 and did count-o-Rama. We were 7 strong this morning.

PRAYER

Keep the PAX focused on being their best selves, in their community, with their family, with their friends and even with those they disagree with. Also asked for health and protection for our sick loved ones.
COP
Warm-o-Rama was Global Warming with interruptions for motivators from 7, arm circles x 15 IC, circle arms x 15 IC and absolution x 10 IC.
THE THANG
After a short mosey to the front of the school, YHC instructed PAX we’d be doing a variation of 1-2-3 bear crawl. In this case, our aim was to finish a few sets of three exercises in teams of 2 as follows:

  • Set 1: 100 Bonnie Blair, 200 dips, 300 flutter kicks. The PAX not exercising was running to the end of the drive before the turn and coming back.
  • Set 2: 100 Smurf Jack, 200 monkey humpers, 300 American Hammers. This time around the PAX not exercising was doing a proper bear crawl

at this point we needed to be mindful of time so we did a mosey back to the flag with alternating butt kickers and high knees.

MARY
With about 15 minutes left we had loads of time for a double Mary. Sumo lead the PAX through box cutters IC x 25, Honey I’m Home (Hello Dolly) x 25 IC, zombie Crunch x 15 IC, 90 second plank hold and finally a round of American Hammers.
CIRCLE OF TRUST

We discussed not allowing others to put us down because they’re unable to see our value. It’s so easy to believe other people if they choose to belittle our value or our intelligence. It’s important we stay focused and mindful on ourselves and the value we bring to every situation.
I’d like to thank all the PAX of NETN for giving me the opportunity to lead them in this workout. It truly was an honor.

SYITG!
