Nice Fall-ish morning for 18 Pax to put in work, and have a little fun.
- Through The Tunnel (10 IC)
- LBAC and Reverse (10 IC)
- WMH – 10 count left then right
- 3 rounds of Modified BLIMPS (5 Big Boy Situps, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plankjacks, and 30 Squats).
- After Round 1 of BLIMPS, ran across bridge and did Bernie Sanders around loop – painfully interrupted by train so burpees were required of Pax.
- After Round 2 of BLIMPS, ran across bridge and did 5 LBCs at first light pole, then 10 LBCs at second light pole, etc. culminating with 70 LBCs at 14th light pole.
- After Round 3 of BLIMPS did side plank on each side.
