On the Diamond in October

Northeast Tennessee Arrowhead (Indian Trail) Johnson City

Clear skies and 45 degrees as 4 PAX came to realize the aspirations of many professional ball players: to be on the diamond in October. Well, the PAX at Arrowhead must have missed the playoffs because the field gates were locked. Time to audible. The softball field was open, but the mumblechatter arose something like this (paraphrased): Hey bro, I just got these new kicks, I don’t wanna be on no dirt. AND Wait, are we going to lay in this?

So at Arrowhead, we’re men of the people, we shifted to the track on the perimeter of the softball field.
