THE THANG
YHC warned that he dug deep in the Exicon to put together this Q. With some new exercises to come, an alternative was offered in certain cases.  PAX did 43 reps of an exercise, starting at G, then ran to the first light pole (near the pullup bars) and offered the Q a birthday present.  That present was using one of the two plastic shovels he brought to move a load of mulch off the parking lot and back on to the playground. [It was actually a satisfying experience.] Then run back to near the 4th light pole (near the swings) and move on to the next exercise.
