We ran the long way around the parking lot to the pull up bars. Deck of cards came out
- Hearts = Pull Ups (partner assisted if needed)
- Diamonds = Merkins
- Spades and Clubs = Squats, double the number of the card

- This morning was an easy way to finish the week but a hard way to finish as well
- Props to Culture Club, out twice this week and helped me get my pull ups in! Also… sorry again for, well…. you know
- Spam is halfway through his 75 Hard and I must admit, dude is a stud!
