THE THANG
It was noted at an earlier Q the my real name had some feminine undertones! So…as the good Pax Brother that I am, I brought some heat, hills, and a little Johnny Cash!!!

Starting off, the Pax did 125 reps of block work and then ran THE SUE (Up Magnolia Hill, take a left down Storytelling Hill, at the bottom circle the flag and head back up Storytelling Hill and then down Magnolia Hill = The Sue). Rinse and Repeat the reps then the The Sue!

  • 25 x Overhead Press
  • 25 x Rows
  • 25 x Curls
  • 25 x Reverse Dips
  • 25 x Squat Thrusters

MARY:  3 count Flutterkicks x 30…that was all we had time for

MOLESKIN
The song a Boy Named Sue spoke a bit about revenge and hatred due to challenges and choices. God calls us to be men of forgiveness and grace no matter what our circumstances.
