THE THANG
Today’s Thang was a simple ladder that was designed to keep the group together. After each exercise, PAX that would finish would hold plank until everyone else (in this case, the other food, hehe) was finished. Underground’s tiered parking lot would give us our playground for the day.
10 burpees (run to the other end of the parking lot)
20 Merkins (go down to the next tier)
30 Squat Jumps (run to the other end of the parking lot)
40 Mountain Climbers (go down to the next tier)
50 American Hammers (run to the other end of the parking lot)
60 Freddy Mercuries
After this was finished, ya know we had to climb back down the ladder in reverse order.

We were not designed to go through this world alone. I’m not just talking about Adam having Eve, but we were designed to live in community with each other. This is also a two-way street: we need to have people that we are investing in and, likewise, we need to seek out some to invest in us. You know, if only there were a free, peer-led, workout group that was open to men of all fitness levels that gave you the opportunity to do so. 😉
