COP
Heavy arms and shoulder warmup for the Thang.
THE THANG
2 groups of 4 were created. Each group started with a 3 lap run (about 100 yards per lap). Then, had to collectively chip away at 400 Merkins. Only one PAX was allowed to work at a time, while his fellow group mates held a plank position.  At each 100 Merkin increment, the group ran 3 laps.
If the group broke (knees down) there was a 10 jump-tuck penalty. This Q took teamwork and communication.

After each group finished, the number of penalty jump-tucks were disappointing, so we circled up and performed multiple Jump-tucks in a waterfall (F-your buddy) rotation.

MARY
Finished with 5 min of rotating Mary exercises, to include a plank hold.

MOLESKIN
Great to see so many who came out in the rain. It’s easy to dodge the elements and make excuses. Being Mentally strong is just as important as physically.
