As a salute to Labor Day Q decided to set an ALARM clock and we hit the snooze button 3 times.  Three levels in the amphitheater were used with 3 sets of exercises.  An ALARM stands for arms, legs, abs, run, and ‘Merkins.  Continuing our salute we did 8 reps of each exercise to represent the 8 hour workday.
