Trying to stay warm

Northeast Tennessee Arrowhead (Indian Trail) Johnson City

It was a balmy 9 degrees this morning when 5 brave souls decided to conquer the cold and better themselves. There were challenges through the Q (finding de-iced spots on the pull-up bars)  but the AO was up to the challenge and we managed to “stay warm”…..or at lest warmer than we were at the beginning of the Q. The YHC even added in some stretches to the COP that would make PBS and Zippo proud.

COP

  • Seal Claps IC x10
  • High Knees (to first light)
  • Mario (skip) back
