Yesterday I was looking at the Backblast from an F3 buddy back in F3 Metro. They did 4 corners of pain, and I was like….THAT is something we got to try!
When I pulled in, realized we had a PaX of 4, I called a Handsy Audible!

THE THANG
The idea was, partner up and Partner 1 would do Broad Jump Burpees, going around the parking lot while Partner 2 did 30 full sit ups. Do your 30, swap with Partner 1. We got half way and Handsy pointed out, we should go back the way we came, rather than play with traffic. Chum is a Brain Surgeon, so we complied!
- Then we did some arm burner moves like….Curls, OHP, Lawn Mower, OHP Timebombs and Curl Time Bombs
