The weather couldn’t have been more beautiful for a fun 10 holes this am at the range. Ponzee rolled in on 2 wheelz because he was up late last night trying to figure out how we were going to “have fun” tomorrow.
This is Disc Golf with a HUGE F3 twist. Here is The Thang.
We warmed up
Rules
- Every hole has an Exercise to Complete before teeing off.
- Count off to start, each player takes turns throwing AND teeing off (so if you finished the last hole, there is a chance you tee off the next)
- 1st throw – 10 mericans
- 2nd throw – 15 squats
- 3rd throw – 20 LBC
- 4th throw – 15 monkey humpers
- ANY grass is out of bounds, 5 burpee penalty
