- 50 Burpees – Sprint 100 yards – then Bear Crawl 10 yards and mosey back
- 50 LBC’s (cadence) – Sprint 100 yards – then Bear Crawl 10 yards and mosey back
- 50 Jump Squats – Spring 100 yards – then Bear Crawl 10 yards and mosey back
Wall sits while doing Overhead claps
Lower 6 inches and more wall sits while each Pax steps out to do a burpee and back to the wall
