• Dirty Hookup (Performed as 4 count exercise. Pax plank up, facing a wall with eyes on wall. “1” Right hand raised to press against the wall, “2” Left hand raised to the wall, now in horizontal plank, “3” Right hand down to ground, “4” Left hand down, back to plank position) We wondered why this was named the Dirty Hookup, and some guessed that it’s because you’ll wake up the next morning in paid. My guess is because of the dirty looks you get as you demonstrate.

We learned that we cannot connect Sugar to a dead car battery to jumpstart a car, but he is faster than a car over short distances. Glad we were able to assist a stranded motorist at 5:15 am.
