The Thang today was 6 simple exercises
- Side Straddle Hops
- Crunches
- Squats
- Jump Lunges
- Mericans
- Burpees
But the kicker was you you start with Side Straddle Hops to 50 IC then move to 50 crunches OYO. Back to Side Straddle Hops to 45 IC and then 45 Squats 40, 35, 30 each time starting with SSH then the next exercise. Repeat crunches at 25 and profess through the exercises until the last 5 burpees were complete. Note that this does not take as long as one would think. So if repeated do 4 count IC not single count
MARY
With plenty of time left after the Thang a stair lap was called for……literally Kardashian need some mileage. Back to the amphitheater for 25 dips on the wall and another stair lap. Then YHC gave all the Pax a chance to practice there Q skills by calling on each one to lead an exercise. There were pickle pounders, flutter kicks, heels to heaven, plank taps, shoulder pretzels, pretend rope climbs and cherry pickers to a million when the Q called time!
