Six pax ventured out the Range on a perfect weather morning on Friday, October 23.

THE THANG

Pax moseyed to the bottom for CTE Hill for the first part of the workout.  11s with Big Boy Sit-Ups at the Bottom and Merkins at the top.

With 20 minutes remaining, pax moseyed to the Skate Park for a few rounds with the die.  American Hammers x 20 made multiple appearances plus merkins, wall sits, burpees, side planks, Freddy Mercurys, and two water breaks (run up baseball hill).
