11 PAX descended on Iron Horse on an absolutely perfect 57 degree morning. YHC was looking forward to sharing a few of the workouts that got me through quarantine.

TTT – 10 IC

Imperial Walker – 15IC

LBAC – 10 IC then reverse

Merkin – 10 IC

THE THANG

Routine #1: 3 exercises with 10 reps each for 20 rounds. Goal is to finish under 20min.

• Merkins • Block or bag curls • Air Squats

Routine #2: Prison cell burpee beatdown

• Using a single parking spot, begin with 20 burpees then move to the other corner of the spot and perform 19 burpees. Continue until time is called.

Flutter kicks – 50 IC

Dying Cockroach – 10 IC

Doc I hate you – 5 IC

Merkin – AMRAP until time was called
