Warmup Lap- 2 burpees at each light pole along the way  THE THANG  ALARM 1-  (10 reps of each exercise; as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes) Overhead Press, Coupon Squats, LBC’s, Run 100 yards, Merkins

Jog a lap

ALARM 2- (8 minutes) Overhead Tricep Extensions, Lunges, Leg Lifts, Run 75 yards, Mountain Climbers

Jog a lap

ALARM 3- (8 minutes) Curls, Monkey Humpers, Flutter Kicks, Run 50 yards, Mike Tysons

Burpee Lap- 2 burpees at every light pole
