4 Corners & 2 Broken Blocks

10 HIMs showed up with blocks this morning to better themselves and to sharpen one another.  While all ten men made it through the workout, 2 of the blocks did not (in one piece anyway).

THE THANG

Each of 4 corners were prepared with one exercise sheet and 1 dice.  PAX numbered off, were given instructions, and were sent to a corner to start.  Instructions: Roll the dice, multiply times 4, and that is your rep count for that exercise.  There were 4 exercises listed on the sheet.  Number 1 represented the first trip around, number 2 the second trip, and so on.  Once all 4 rounds were completed, bridge lap, then rinse and repeat.  Since the area was somewhat rectangular in shape, the PAX were instructed on how to move their block from one station to the next…murder bunny the short sides, and overhead carry the long ones.  The 4 corners were as follows:

Corner 1:

• Curls • Reverse Dips • Rows • Overhead Press

Corner 2:

• Squats • Thrusters • Lunges (2 = 1) • Calf Raises

Corner 3:

• Flutter Kicks • V-ups • American Hammers • Heels To Heaven
