THE THANG

While I was still planning my final Q PBS reminded me of the 700 club Q we did in Spring of ’17.

7 simple exercises to be performed 100 times each broken up into five sets (30x25x20x15x10). Cones were on a hill about 20 yards apart in a straight line. Crawl bear with your block to each cone before performing the next set.
