A Migrating Game of 21 that ended at 17

THE THANG

Keeping up with the Merkin March Madness YHC wanted to mix in a little game of 21 with a few audible thrown in for fun/recovery. Here is sort of how this played out. 1 type of merkin at the amphitheater mosey to the sundial for 20 of something else. Here is the break out of how things went.

• Alligator Merkins 1-5 (IC) – 20-16 LBCs • Regular Merkins 6-8(IC) – 15-10 Flutter Kicks • Incline Merkins 9-17 (IC) – 9-1 Squats

As the reps increased YHC would throw in an additional 25 LBS (2 Rounds) and 20 Flutter Kicks just to give a little more time for recovery.. The PAX did great, and I don’t think anyone was disappointed we ran out of time and could not complete the game of 21.
