THE THANG

pax moseyed to the mid point of the hill by the school and instructed we were going to be making laps with three stations. stop at the swings and perform 10 under dogs. Jog to Octoball and perform octomerkins. Jog to pain cave and perform 15 jumps on the ledge. Continue running around the school past the starting point and sprint up the hill. Recover on way down and perform 30 Freddy Mercury’s  Pax completed 3 laps before time was called
