Perfect Spring morning for 13 PAX to put in some work. QIC was pumped to be back in the mix after a work related 2 month hiatus.

THE THANG

Partner up and grab a block or bag. Partner 1 starts with a lap while partner 2 preforms the moves. Rotate after 4 laps on the first two rounds, then finish with 2 AMRAP laps.

Round 1

• 15 Merkins • 10 Block Squats • 5 Kraken Burpees

Round 2

• 15 Shoulder Press • 10 Bent over Row • 5 Block Lunges

AMRAP Rounds – 1 lap each
