Was a balmy 59 degrees that morning when 6 men chose to tackle the quad ya maumivu .

THE THANG

YHC had been eyeing the parking lot of the Hill for a few days. There are 4 light poles evenly apart in the center of the parking lot. Each pole/station had a set of 3 exercises. The PAX split up to begin. To start you complete 1 rep of each of the exercise, then mosey to the next station.. Once all 4 stations are complete you rotate around again increasing the reps by 1. I believe one group made it to 7 reps.

• Hydraulics • Tricep Press • Frog Kicks
