THE THANG

We stayed in the rain but mostly stayed on our feet and moved some cinderblock around a bit. A ladder of rounds at 5, 10, 15, 20, 20, 15, 10, 5 reps kept us moving

• Kettle bell (block) swings • Rows (add 10 reps to base count) • Off-set block merkins • stair lap

Then we found a nice place to sit on a wall

It was fun to get out there and play in the rain. We’ve been lucky with dry weather lately but something about being out there in the muck with a bunch of HIM’s adds a bit of……. atmosphere.
