THE THANG

YHC decided to put together a workout around one of the classics, Candy Land. Might need to being it back once all Candy Land Christmas is lit up at Ironhorse.

• Divided PAX into 2 Teams • One member from each Team would draw a card. Teams completed both exercises in cadence. The PAX that drew the card, called out the cadence. • Red – LBC’s (15ct), Purple – American Hammers (10ct), Yellow – Low Slow Squats (15), Blue – Seal Jacks (15ct), Orange – Merkins (10ct), Green – Flutter Kicks (15ct) • Double Squares – Double the counts and a lot were drawn • Land on a X – Do a lap around pavilion or a bridge lap. PAX choice • Land on a Sweet Treat – PAX that drew gets to pick any exercise on the board or any on their mind. • 90’s Alternative playlist in the background and prices for all.
