Choose Your Own Exercises, But Keep Good Form

39 degrees 22 pax came out to work on themselves. Today they got to choose what areas to strengthen on their bodies by choosing what exercises to do.

THE THANG

Mosey to the Great Lawn

All pax were on their own to choose exercises that they wanted to perform. The instructions were simple. Choose 3 exercises and do 25 reps of each (modified from 50). Then mosey to the opposite end of the Great Lawn and repeat. Mosey back to start point. Here keep the same exercises or choose 3 others. Rinse and repeat until time called. The only other instructions was to keep good form or don’t continue.
