THE THANG

Mosey to the wall behind Storytelling Center with the flag, 1 sandbag, and 2 blocks in tow.

Station 1

• 10 pull-ups • 20 merkins • 30 squats • 40 lunges (1 ct) • 50 American hammers (2 ct)

Run to the wall

Station 2

• Raccoon crawl length of wall • 10 block/bag jump burpees • 10 monkey humpers • 10 V-ups

Run a lap around the small park, then back to the playground.  R&R until time is called.

MARY

All the PAX lined up for a merkin block pull through relay.  YHC will need to do better next time.  The PAX were way our of rank on this one but the 3 coupons made it up and back down the line in between merkins.
