Yes Charles Bronson did appear at Band Practice Field at F3 Kingsport near you!!!

• With Charles we ran 90 yards, bear crawled 10 yards, and then ran back 100 yards, times 5. • Between each run we completed 50 Jump Squats, 50 Big Boy Sit Ups, 50 Flutter Kicks, 50 Crab Cakes, and 50 Chicken Pecks

Mosey back to parking lot for ten stations of workouts. We had Tire Flipping Time, Post Hole Diggers, Mini-hair Burners, Dodo Bird, Colt 45’s, Log Carry, and yes we did few of them times two.
