Mosied to the hill for a simple but effective routine.

• Merkins 10 ct • Squats 10 ct • Flutter Kicks 10 ct • Mosey to the 3rd tree up the hill

Repeat 10x.

• Mountain Climbers 10ct • LBCs 10 ct • Overhead Press 10 ct • Mosey to the 3rd tree, up the hill.

I’ve dreaded this day for almost a year. I didn’t want to get out of bed after 360 days of fart sacking. I had convinced myself I didn’t need to workout any more and that I could get my exercise from other venues.  All of the leads up to the Doom and Gloom that I have faced trying to get back after it. Convergence showed me I could still move. Picking up the Q pushed me, more than i have pushed in a year. Now I have to wrestle with the thoughts trying to convince myself that I need to get back out.
