THE THANG

The classic DORA 123 with a heavy bag: 100 bag curls, 200 bag squats, 300 bag chest press in supine. PAX #1 works while PAX #2 jogged up/down the lower hill

Station 2 started with a jog to the OG launch point, the parking lot for the track

Starting at the first tree, 5 mercans then walking lunge to the next tree  Rinse and repeat for about 10 trees
