3 stations throughout the figure 8 lap. 8 reps each exercise on 1st lap; 16 reps each on 2nd lap; then 24 on 3rd lap.

Station 1: Upper Body

Station 2: Core

• American Hammers, 2-count • Big Boy Sit-ups • Never Cross Dolly • Freddy Mercury, 2-count

Station 3: Legs (with a bit of Bernie Sanders on the way!)

• Jump Lunges • Squats • Bonnie Blairs • Monkey Humpers
