• SSH IC x25 • Through the tunnel x 12 IC • WMH x10 each side • Burpees x10 OYO • Imperial Walkers x 15 IC • Hill Billy walkers x 15 IC

THE THANG

Part 1. Indian Run to the play ground. Sprint last 100 yards. On arrival, begin with 5, 10, 15 Murph preparation. Repeating series (#5 pull-up, #10 Merkin, #15 squat) for 15 minutes. Indian Run back to football field.

Part 2. Begin series with tires/blocks in teams of four. Each team will be responsible for one tire and two blocks

Set 1: Two team members run length of field (100yds) with tire above head/shoulders. Other two team members carry one block each. Switch for return to starting line.

Set 2: Two team members run length of field with tire at waist and blocks in other hand. Other two team members run a lap. Switch for return.

Set 3: Two team members roll tire, others carry blocks. Switch for return to starting line
