THE THANG

Todays cue was inspired by previous @jester and @zima cues.  Starting at the picnic tables each person performed 30 step ups – 20 dips – 10 decline ‘mercans. Then a quick jog to the playground but not before stopping half way for a burpee.

At the playground we had 10 pull ups – 20 Rocky Balboas on the bench – 30 mountain climbers.  Then back to the picnic tables with another burpee midway.

Rinse and repeat x 5 rounds.  Each round doing that many burpees at the midpoint.
