Mosey to Tombstone Hill

Instructions were given to do BOMBS.

Starting at the bottom of the Hill do 20 of each

Burpees

Overhead Press

Merican

Big Boy Sit-ups

Squats

Then run to the top of the Hill. Repeat BOMBS but only 19. Then run to the bottom and repeat with 18. Continue this pattern until you finish or Q calls time.
