Cloudy, foggy, but otherwise pleasant.  6 came for some work on the empty Q.  Four others kept to the Thursday run-club.

Mosey to swing sets

THE THANG

Four stations, 20 reps each, then run to the next station

• Swing set: Underdogs • Base of hill: Squat jumps • Middle of hill: Burpees • Top of hill: American Hammers IC

Run all the way back to the swing sets.  Rinse and repeat.  Most Pax did 3-5 sets

Sign up for the Q.  I miss the variety we used to have when we explored various parts of the AO.  (eg, Thiggy’s hill, the space beyond the monkey bars, the N Roan St. sidewalk, the field)
