Ice Cold Mix Up

Clear and a cold 25 degrees made it a perfect day for 11 PAX to get some work in.  Equally great was to have an FNG and a visit from @Honeysuckle.

Start at the playground:

• 5 Pullups then 20 Dips, Flutter Kicks (4 count), and Monkey Humpers • Run to last light post • 20 Merkins, Heels to Heaven, and Bobby Hurley • Run back to playground 5 Pullups and repeat but with 15 of each exercise • Run to last light post and repeat those with 15 of each. • Halftime Tabata Break • Mountain Climbers & Step Ups • Side Straddle Hops and Freddie Mercury • Back to 5 Pullups then 10 of each exercise • Run to last light post and repeat those with 10 of each. • Run back to playground 5 Pullups and repeat but with 5 of each exercise • Run to last light post and repeat those with 5 of each. •
