THE THANG
Post warm up (which is far different and way better than post Malone) pax moseyed to swings. Round 1 of the thang; 11’s with underdogs and dying cockroaches. Pax then power skipped to octomerkin court to perform two rounds. Round one with 50 lbc’s and round 2 with 50 freddy mercury’s. Then pax power skipped to bottom of hill for thang round 3. Everest to mid point then do 20 merkins. Mosey to bottom and wait on rest of pax. Than mosey back to flag.
