Impromptu Q

It was a balmy 72 degrees and everyone was standing around waiting on the Q to arrive. When he didn’t show all eyes tun to YHC to Q. So off we go, all 19 PAX, including 4 FNGs, ready to kick the day in the face!

Mosey to Tombstone Hill…..Rite-Aid volunteered to take on some responsibility of the Q….that will come later.

Once at Tombstone Hill a Dora was in store.

Partner up….100 Merkins, 200 LBC, and 300

After the Dora the Q shifted to Rite-Aid where he took us to the wall for some raccoon crawls all the way down the wall. Then over for a triple nickel on Hendrix Hill. 5 Burpees crawl bear to the top of the hill and 5 more burpees, walk back down and rinse and repeat 2 more times.
