Willie Mays Hays 10 count each side and 10 count center.

THE THANG

The exercises were as follows:

• 5 Burpees • 10 V ups • 15 Merkins • 20 Jump Squats • 25 Sit ups • 30 Dips

Run up the hill next to the parking lot and back down. The second round, add 5 reps of each exercise and add 1 hill. Rinse and repeat using that structure until time was called.
