Six PAX showed up – including a strong (and welcome) return from Grizz. It was a beautiful morning.

Each man claimed a physically distant parking space and performed the following exercises at each corner of their space:

• Burpees • BBSUs • Squats • Perter Parkers (R+L=1)

Reps of each movement were as follows: 40 reps of each, mosey a lap, 30 reps, mosey, 20 reps, mosey, 10 reps, mosey. Everyone finished the descending ladder and some started back up
