• 200 LBC– One Partner Does LBC while other partner does 20 Arm Claps, 20 Walking Lunges, 20 Squats, and 20 walking lunges back to partner.  Swap. 100 Freddy Mercury – One partner does Freddy Mercury while other partner Bear Crawl One Line, Crab Walk next line, Bear Crawl next line, Crab Walk next line, run back to partner. Swap

50 Burpees- One Partner Does Burpees while other partner does 20 Arm Pretzels, 20 Walking Lunges, 20 Mountain Climbers, and 20 walking lunges back to partner.  Swap • Repeat • Run back to track

MARY

One PAX does 2 Merkins, 2 Australian Snow Angels, and 2 Dying Cockroach and repeats while other PAX runs to light pole and back- swap
