NCLB was the name of 43’s educational reform bill. Today’s workout incorporated exercises to tax all areas of the body; and like the expectation of NCLB, I think everyone saw gains today.

THE THANG
Mosey to the field where 4 cones are set up in a straight line about 20 yards apart. Travel from cone to cone is the same every round: 1-2 broad jump burpees, 2-3 lunges, 3-4 bear crawls. At each cone do 20 reps of an exercise alternating each round: Round 1, 20 BBSs, round 2 Mericans, round 3 squats. Long lap around park between rounds.
