Weather was perfect for a great day of running for 11 PAX who put in almost 2.5 miles along with a bunch of other exercises.

THE THANG

We ran around the AO and when you got to each stop you were to do a designated exercise- see below.  Once completed, you were to choose one of 3 exercises to do until the 6 finished their designated exercise at that stop.  The choices were SSH, Burpee, or Mountain Climbers.  The goal was that the faster people would have more work and be gassed by the time the 6 finished their exercise due to the extra set and that the 6 would be the first to the next stop.

Run to Bleachers – 25 Dips

Run to Front of School- 50 Step Ups

Run to Pull Up Bars – 10 Pull Ups

Run to Top of Hill – 25 HTH

Run to North Curve of track-  20 Merkins

Repeat until time.
