YHC signed up for the Q a month ahead of time (did you know you could do that? lol) and knew he needed to come up with a proper Thursday beatdown. OH CRAP! Enter the Jester Essence for today’s beatdown:

O- overhead press

H- heels to heaven

C- curls

R- bent over rows

A- American hammers

P- burPees

all done at 20 reps then run lap.  R&R till time. All PAX were able to finish at least 4 rounds and Honeysuckle was even able to go for a quick victory lap after his 5th!

So I stumbled through explaining this quote, so I figured that I would let the man himself speak on the BB:

There is always the temptation this side of eternity to look for identity horizontally, but looking there never delivers what you seek and never results in a harvest of good fruit.
