On a 66 degree morning, with a beautiful pink and orange sunrise 21 men gathered to see Johnson City from a higher elevation.

Mosey over to King’s Common

While resting and waiting on the six 5 burpees and 10 flutterkicks.

Mosey to munsey church

Recover and wait for the six-5 burpees.

Mosey to the back of the church. Rest and recover with 5 burpees.

Mosey to the top of Girls Inc. Hill and recover with 5 burpees.

Partner up and Dora with the run halfway down hill and back. Exercises consist of 100 Mericans, 200 LBC and 300 squats.

On a side note, we ran the two police officers off the top of the hill, hiding out.

After the Dora was complete…

Mosey toward AO. Stopping to recover and do 5 burpees. Once there was a stop at the corner of Buffalo and Market for some Pickle Pounders which a dog walker probably didn’t enjoy. Mosey on to the amphitheater for some dips and probably 5 more burpees. Finally we moseyed on to the field to do 5 more burpees and some flutter kicks.
