Warm-up consisted of motivators from 5 and a brisk mosey up Tombstone Hill

THE THANG

Q set the ALARM and laid out the work to be done.  ALARM is; Arms, Legs, Abs, Run and ‘Merkins.

Using the amphitheater’s three levels, an ALARM was set for each.

ALARM 1

• 30 Shoulder Pretzels • 20 Block Squats • 30 L. B. C.’s • Take a Hill lap • 30 ‘ Merkins

ALARM 2

• 30 Block Curls • 15 lunges (each leg) • 20 boat/canoes • Take a Hill lap (Bernie Sanders up at least 2 light pole lengths) • 30 ‘Merkins (Diamond)

Alarm 3

• 25 dips • 25 mountain climbers • 30 American hammers • Take a Hill lap • 30 ‘Merknis (wide)

Not much to offer but the observation of what goes in comes out.  Q picked a playlist using artists that profess Christ.  It is much easier to not roll around F-bombs in my head or out loud if I don’t hear them all day in my music.
