Tuesday’s Q was a high intensity ordeal so the QIC wanted this one to be a little slower paced with some controlled movements.

• Coupon carry for a tour of the AO.  Carries ranged from back burden, right/left shoulder burden, and right/left farmer’s carries. • QIC would stop the carries every so often and call for exercises.  Rep scheme’s ranged from 10 to 20 reps.  Movements with coupons were:

• Bearhug Squats • Curls • Push Press • Burpee over Coupon • Man Makers • Bear Complex • Back Squats
